Release date

Trigwa now has a release date; 28th of November, 2025. It'll be available both here on itch.io as well as over on Steam where it's available for wishlisting already; https://store.steampowered.com/app/4052020/Trigwa/

The itch.io version will be in the form of a downloadable ROM file to be played on your handheld or an emulator, and the Steam version will be played through GBCbag2 by Chris from EASTPIXEL. Both versions come with a PDF manual (made using this template by Ben Mckeown) with the usual kind of contents; the controls, some world lore, items of interest and some concept sketches.

If you enjoy narrative puzzle games, or even if you don't know if you do yet, consider trying the demo to see if the gameplay interests you.
